Cyber Coaching
Cyber Coaching works up a sweat like Zumba. It made me laugh after Mrs Nua was trying her best at doing cheer leading. There was a huge variety of programmes to choose from. There are different coaches for each of these programmes. Step by step they would take you through a series of exercises or teach you a routine.
